After working at an urban planning consulting company, director of an NPO, and company management, established Qualia Co., Ltd. and became its representative director.

Biography

In 1996, she came across  the concept of D&I, and since then has consistently engaged in consulting for organizations such as D&I promotion, women's skill development, leadership development, and organizational revitalization.
For organizations that promote D&I, women’s empowerment activities, leadership development, and organizational revitalization.
 Her programs that promote awareness and behavior changes have gotten high praise Especially, she established a reputation of  unconscious bias training and inclusion promotion programs.
Since 2007, she has attended the Global Summit of Women (GSW)  which brings together 1,000 women leaders from 80 countries around the world.
She is a core member of the 2017 Global Summit of Women Japan Executive Committee, and 2018 International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
She also served as a member of the Asian Games Executive Committee and the official engagement group W20 (Women 20) Steering Committee for the 2019 G20 Osaka.
